There is the monthly spinners get-together, which of course hasn't happened during pandemic times. I hosted the November get-together for many years. So that was always at my house, having the spinners there in November for the spinning day and potluck lunch. I'd say it's more social. I mean, people certainly could ask questions or get opinions and sometimes people would bring books or magazine articles specifically about spinning. But a lot of it was just chitchat. Most people bring their wheels, but some people would just bring their knitting instead if they didn't want to cart the wheel around. And of course, everybody brought something for the potluck lunch as well. So it was social but certainly lots of opportunities to ask questions about spinning.
