When I joined the Guild, we mainly just met once a month, and had a sale. And that was pretty much all the Guild did. And so one of the things that I started along with another member was an evening study group for weaving. And then other people started other study groups. So the guild became more active. It wasn't just once a month meeting, we have spinning study groups now, we have two weaving study groups. And so that was a big change. Another thing that I had an idea to have a guild challenge every year and so we started that quite a few years ago, and it's still a big part of our guild every year. People look forward to that every year that challenge. So those would be two of the main things that I would say that I did, along with the programs that I did.
